How to raise a toad

First you need to have a five gallon or bigger tank. Next you need to fill it three inches full of dirt. Use soft dirt that the toad can burrow in. Than you need to add a water bowl. The water needs to be deep enough so that the toad can duck under. Also you need to make sure the water never gets too murky. You should put a stick in the water so the toad and crickets can get out. You should have a shelter. You can use a fish tank shelter. You could also put plants inside the habitat so your toad can feel at home. You should feed the toad crickets. You can get crickets at a reptile/pet store. You can also feed the toad worms, meal worms, lady bugs, moths, and grass hoppers. I use these as treats.
